How to Apply

Application Process

You can Apply Online or Download and print off an application form which you can fax or mail to us at + 44 117 307 0286. Additional application forms may be obtained by contacting us by email at info@ibsummerschool.com

Be sure to include the deposit payment and photograph with any application you make otherwise we will not be able to reserve your place on the program.

Once we receive your application form and deposit we will immediately confirm your place on the program and you will be advised of arrival and departure dates for your travel arrangements in an emailed acceptance letter together with an invoice listing any payments received. You will also then have access to Club ISC where you will be able to review your subject choices, pay your balance by credit card and later on in the year access campus maps, your welcome pack and download forms to be completed.

Application Deadlines?

You can apply for a place on the program until mid June 2012 but we recommend that you do not leave it until then! Early application will enable you to be more sure of a place on the program and in the subjects of your choice. If you apply after the payment date of 1st May 2012 full payment is required before you can be accepted onto the program.

Refund Policy

If a student withdraws from the summer school in writing (effective on the date ISC receives written notification) the following refund policy will apply:

Prior to 1st May 2012 fees will be refunded minus a $150 administration charge and the medical insurance cover if you have selected this cover.

After 1st May 2012 ISC cannot refund any fees.

There will be no refunds for students who voluntarily withdraw for any reason from an ISC program.

Nor will there be any refund for a student who is asked to leave a program for the use of drugs or alcohol, non-notification of any medical condition or gross disobedience of the rules of the program, decisions which are at the sole discretion of ISC Ltd.
